AMPESTerms of Service
1. The service
AMPES is a web application that synchronises an ecommerce seller's product data from Amazon, and lets the seller manage suppliers, sourcing terms, unit economics and, as features are released, replenishment planning and purchase orders. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent.
2. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including by teammates you invite.
- One Amazon Seller Central account can be connected to one AMPES workspace.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, Amazon's policies, or the law.
3. Your data and Amazon data
- You own the data you enter and the Amazon data synced into your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service.
- You authorise AMPES to call the Amazon Selling Partner API on your behalf for the roles you approve; you can revoke this at any time. Use of Amazon data is subject to Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, which we follow.
- Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, or use that violates Amazon's policies or applicable law.
5. Fees
Plans and prices are shown at ampes.ai/#pricing. During early access the Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
AMPES, its software, design and trademarks belong to GravityIO Inc. Amazon and Seller Central are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.; AMPES is independent and not endorsed by Amazon.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Figures such as fees, margins and forecasts are estimates based on data available to us and are not financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GravityIO Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
